  1. Returns and Refunds for Standard Purchases

1.1 Two-Week Return Window: Buy4Black (referred to as “The Company”) extends a two-week (14-day) window from the date of delivery during which customers may initiate a return for a refund.

1.2 Refund Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be in unused and resalable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

1.3 Refund Request Process: Customers seeking a refund must contact The Company’s Customer Support team at Customers are required to provide their order number and a description of the reason for the return. The Company’s Customer Support team will provide guidance on the return process.

1.4 Refund Method: Upon approval and receipt of the returned item(s), The Company will process the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  1. Returns Beyond Two Weeks:

2.1 Gift Card Issuance: For returns initiated after the two-week return window, customers will receive a Buy4Black gift card in the amount equivalent to the purchase. This gift card can be utilized for future purchases on The Company’s platform.

  1. Vendor Return Policies:

3.1 Vendor Policies Supersede: Certain products available on The Company’s platform may be sold by third-party vendors, each of whom may enforce their own distinct return and refund policies. In such instances, the vendor’s policy will supersede The Company’s policy solely for the applicable item. Customers are encouraged to review the vendor’s policies before making a purchase.

  1. Exceptions:

4.1 Non-Returnable Items: Specific items, such as personalized or customized products, perishable goods, and items explicitly labeled as non-returnable, are exempt from The Company’s standard return policy unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4.2 Damaged or Defective Items: In the event customers receive an item that is damaged or defective, they are required to promptly contact The Company’s Customer Support team for resolution. The Company will facilitate a replacement or refund in accordance with its policies.

5.1 Return Shipping Costs: For standard returns within the two-week window related to damaged or defective items, The Company will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses, unless otherwise stipulated in the vendor’s policy.
